If you read the About Me, you know that I love feeling healthy, but it doesn’t always come easy for me. It’s so much easier to say you’ll workout tomorrow, and that you’ll start eating “better” tomorrow, and that starting tomorrow it’s going to be on. Right?! But tomorrow turns into Monday which turns into next week and before you know it months have gone by. Sound familiar?
One thing I’m trying to get over is this “all or nothing” mentality. If I can’t get a full workout in or don’t have enough time to complete the workout I have planned, then I won’t do anything at all.
I recognize it’s a crappy mentality to have so it is something I’m trying to work on. Doing something is way better than doing nothing! Even if I can only get in 15 minutes of movement, I’m making my goal to do what I can and be happy with it.
